I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (BTech) from Lovely
Professional University, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics. My
academic training has provided me with a solid foundation in problem-solving, data analysis,
and business strategy, which I have complemented with hands-on experience in operational and
customer support roles.
Over the past year, I have worked as an Operations Associate in Customer Support, where I
honed my communication skills and gained valuable experience in managing day-to-day
operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing high-quality service. This role enabled me to
develop a keen attention to detail and an ability to handle complex tasks efficiently under
pressure.
